Q: Can we install myEntperiseManager on our own server?

This is something we are thinking about. We currently are do not offer myEnterpriseManager as a software product that you can install on your own server. However, we are currently investigating the possibility of a myEnterpriseManager Appliance Server which you can install on-site. Simply contact  sales@myenterprisemanager.com.au if you are interested.

Q: Can you customise myEnterpriseManger for us?

As myEnterpriseManager is built on a very modular platforms new and custom modules can be built to suit your requirements. Please contact sales@myenterprisemanger.com.au

Q: Do you backup our data?

Yes! All data is backed up daily both to our on-site and off-site back-up facilities.

Q: Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, you can sign up for free and the first month is FREE. You can cancel at any time with no change.

Q: Do you provide phone support?

We currently offer full email support between 8am and 6pm (AST). Email is mostly answered within a couple of hours.

Q: What are the requirements to user myEnterpriseManager CRM?

In most cases you will just need  on of the current A Grade current web browsers on you computer.

Q: What is a Hosted Solution?

Q: How is myEnterpriseManager Services Billed?

We currently bill you and the end of very calendar month.

We have chosen to this method of billing,  as it allows you simply add new users as you need them, with out the need to purchase additional licenses first.

Q: How is the total of the bill calculated?

The bill amount is based on the peak number of active users within your crm system within the given calendar month.
This is visible at any time within your My Account console.

Customizing myEnterpriseManger

Q: Can I customize the format of email's sent from myEnterpriseManager?

Yes,  There are two parts you can customize .
  1. The email template for all emails sent from myEnterpriseManager
  2. The module specific email notification template
